PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
Hanover Door has Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) available to assist you in maintaining your equipment. As with any equipment today, proper maintenance can greatly increase the longevity as well as decrease the down time of your investment. Depending on your needs we have the following (3) cost effective maintenance programs available:
CODE 8
- Includes (2) visits per year to clean and adjust all contracted equipment. Includes (2) safety checks to ensure all equipment is operating correctly.
- Fixed price per unit for PM service, billed annually.
- Fixed hourly rate and trip charge on all non-PMA service performed during the term of agreement.
CODE 2
- Same as Code 8, PLUS……..
- Fixed price per unit, billed annually.
- Includes PMA service and unlimited corrective labor during agreement hours.
- Materials will be billed separately.
CODE 3
- Same as Code 2, PLUS…….
- Includes the replacement of the following broken or worn parts: rollers, hinges, bottom brackets, chain and chain parts, belts, manual locks, cable, drums, and bearings, and lubrication.
The total cost of each type of contract is determined by the number of doors serviced, type of doors, and condition of equipment. A site survey is often required before a final contract is agreed upon.
